AdWinture Hike and Treasure Hunt

AdWinture Hike

Sun, Mar 13, 2016
Jack Layton Ferry Terminal
9 Queen's Quay West
Toronto M5J 2V3
The ferry ride to the islands was one of the highlights of our hike and treasure hunt. It was a meaningful introduction to the event to see the City disappear and shrink into a postcard view of the skyline, while the islands were coming closer and closer. Some people decided to brave the wind on deck, while others huddled together in the little cabin for shelter. Either one a great opportunity to strike up a first conversation with your fellow group members.

On this day Saturday March 12th, 2016, everyone will be getting fit but also the chance to learn about improving their punching skills (technique, power, speed, endurance, accuracy, timing) improve offensive skills (angles, combinations), improve on their defensive skills (blocking, parrying, slipping, rolling), and also practice moving against a live person (footwork, strategy, mimicking styles, counter-punching), and get helpful feedback from your trainer. Boxers will go through the cardio aspect of it and also learn about a bit of Cuba. Hope you have fun and have a great time.
