On Saturday people will get the opportunity to gain experience if not more in boxing. On this day Saturday March 12th, 2016, everyone will be getting fit but also the chance to learn about improving their punching skills (technique, power, speed, endurance, accuracy, timing) improve offensive skills (angles, combinations), improve on their defensive skills (blocking, parrying, slipping, rolling), and also practice moving against a live person (footwork, strategy, mimicking styles, counter-punching), and get helpful feedback from your trainer. Boxers will go through the cardio aspect of it and also learn about a bit of Cuba. Hope you have fun and have a great time.
